Website online - Louise’s Boutique Savannah- advertised linen dresses on sale for $64.95, regularly over $300. I messaged them, they responded, I ordered two, when they arrived they were of cheap quality 95% polyester and 5% spandex. When I notified them, they said for a refund I had to mail it back to Wangbing at 1st floor building 2, Shangye Park, No 130 Guangchen Road, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong. Phone # 86 1 786 873-8312. When I initially searched the website, before ordering, it seemed the boutique was in the U.S. but I was told the items had to be returned to above address for refund- it costs over $200 to ship to that address. They offered me a 30% discount… Product received is not what I ordered. Had it been linen I could have used it. False advertisement… seems it has happened before. Messages were always responded by the name of Janice Morgan Customer Service… Louise’s Boutique Savannah. In one correspondence she (?) mentioned this had happened before, lots of apologies but I have a feeling everything comes from another website- Once the order is made… Not good.
