recently the timeshare firm close up disconnected phone and email andnever returned emails would never give me a docket or case number. i found out how to contact a female employee on facebook she quit i think because she knew he was a scammer and also scammed in washington state and was disbarred and had other illegal actions out there so he moved to florida to hire attorneys and pretended he could pracice law in florida so it seems he could not. various blogs and complaints about him. well his former employees wont talk including a lawyer by the name of steve johnson in florida who was hired this year by abrams based on linkedin profile. anyhow in april may he spoke over the phone one or two times and all else was email and send the money upfront get the paperwor for the timeshare contract etc. all done so talks about out of court settlement or a lawsuit for full amount were discussed but after waiting a while i started asking i want the docketand i want to know the court jurisdiction and where the case is so i got no response back from any legal assistant or lawyer. i started researching and found out about his criminal record in washington and that there was no docket or court in federal florida courtfiled, so i read other bad things about him in florida as well. i now know i was scammed 2000 k and there was never a class action suit and if there was i wonder but even in a state court in florida would show it well i could not find a thing. soi want to expose john p abrams as a liar, smooth talker, scammer, and a fraud. i will contact bar in florida and the fcc and attorney general of florida about him. he stole who knows how much from people trying to get out of the scammer business of timeshare companies and he himself is one of them. exit companies are scammers also i got taken by primo in orlando so it just goesto say the wholetimeshare business is a big operation in rico etc. dave bennett from pennsylvania
