Description
I received an unsolicited package via USPS Ground Advantage from Gichael Lichael from 220 W 21 ST, Los Angeles, CA 90007. I do not know what the item is but it looks similar to a cooking spoon for non-stick cookware; not sure. There is no information or receipt included. The Scan Code indicates that it is a light bulb, but it is not a light bulb. I am concerned because I did open the package and scanned the scan code.
