July 20, 2025: I placed an (1) time order on Facebook for SourSop Graviola drops; Cost $74.73. This money was paid via Apple Pay with funds from my personal business account. When the item arrived inside of the plastic bag was 4 small bottles labeled Soursop graviola (2 of the bottles where broken). i made an attempt to find any information associated with this company, They never sent an email nor an invoice to identify themselves the only information I received was a confirmation # that popped up during the actual transaction on Facebook. Aug 20, 2025: Dropped shipped of previous order; no invoice; no e-mail confirmation; no form of communication. It's still under investigation. I'm reaching out to the BBB because i don't know what else to do. This package is dropped shipped at our door and no way to return the merchandise and more importantly there's no way to stop the madness. And they continue to try to withdrawn funds from my account.
