Description
I received a voicemail for my wife on my cell phone. The lady spoke with a thick accent so that her words were difficult to understand at times. In the voicemail, she claimed to be with FCS File Verification Services and said paperwork is being delivered to her home or verified place of employment. She explained at least twice "This is a time sensitive matter" and directed her to call back today. The phone number provided on the voice mail was 866-448-3953 with case number 649-03895.
