Our company received a one page invoice titled "CORPORATE MEETING MINUTES" via the USPS demanding $149.25 by 11/20/2025 "IN ACCORDANCE WITH BUSINESS STATE LAWS." It states "Complete this Annual Minutes Statement and mail the completed form with your check or money order payable to: CORPORATE DOCUMENT SERVICE in the enclosed envelope. PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR ANY QUESTIONS RELATED TO THIS DOCUMENT, TOLL FREE 888-411-7921.
