Claimed he was ill but would return to finish the job. Was arrogant and rude. His phone number is no longer in use. His wife's number is now blocking calls and there is no physical address on his contract or his business card. The company was hired through Angie's List who could not make contact with this company, and they do not require a physical address when they fill out their application.
