This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
The styler became defective after only a few light uses and within a couple of weeks of purchase— making loud rattling noises and emitting smoke. This is clearly a manufacturing fault. I contacted customer service, sent videos of the product with the default and they have chose to totally ignore any request for resolution.
