This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
MyTinyThinker website is well done and leaves you to believe they’re legitimate. Even suggests they’ve been featured on tv programs, as well as has a 5 star rating. I later found no evidence of either. The product I received were not as pictured nor described. Much smaller, heavy, with strange print. Ink doesn’t work well. Very disappointing and false advertising in my opinion. A month later, I receive another mysterious charge for $29.99 from them. I attached a portion of our email string, and can send more if wanted, as I could only attach 5mb here. This company charges an extra, fraudulent ‘subscription fee’ and then will cancel further monthly fees if you’re persistent with them (or I may need to dispute those too if I find they continue and keep charging). They won’t answer phone or return calls. However, they will try to retain the $29.99 by claiming you ‘opted in at checkout to receive members only pricing and special discounts’. Which is totally false. If they were legitimate and the workbooks, customer service, and products even closely resembled what they advertise and promote, they wouldn’t need to use these scam tactics, and would enjoy a loyal, ‘real’ following.
