This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
An ad appeared from Instagram of sales at Anthropology. I made a selection of items I wanted and the items were never sent to me. I reached out to Customer Services on at least eight occasions and they gave me a number of excuses and lies stating that my items were delivered. I live in a single family home and no items have been misplaced from delivery. They said they would issue me a refund and have made several excuses and lies on the refund not being made by now. The purchase was made on July 4, 2025.
