I purchased what I thought was a beautiful sweater. What I got was a shirt with a print that didn’t even look like the sweater I thought I was getting. I emailed the company [email protected] about the issue. Rita Davis was the contact that emailed back offering a 15% refund if I keep the item. She went on to say I have to pay for shipping. I explained I want my money back and they can have the non sweater. She sent me an address to return and the phone number to the so called company for contact. After emailing I want all my money back, the company never responded back.
