Description
I was called by the company and led to believe that the extended warranty was a service that I paid for from the dealership. I gave them my information thinking that they were trustworthy, and then when I got off the phone, I quickly realized that they were manipulating me. They sent me a email where many things were amiss asking me to pay on an insecure online service. When I called to try to cancel, they refused unless I gave them a reason. They obtained my bank information and social security number.
