This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
On November 3 2025 I ordered two hard drives on sale showing in stock. Statement said usually ships the same day. On November 7th I entered their chat on their website to check on the shipping of the order. I was told it would ship on Monday (November 10). The evening of November 10 I entered their chat again to check on the shipping and was told it would ship tomorrow (November 11). The evening of November 11 I entered their chat and was told the shipment of their drives were delayed and would not be until the next week. Then I received an email that my order was canceled. I asked why was my order canceled and was sent "So can't keep the promise". I do not believe this to be a reputable business.
