I was interested in puppy “Max” listed for $700 after Johnson emailed me photos and a video I answered questions and then he said the dog could be delivered within 24 hours via plane for an additional $150. I signed the contract and sent the money through Zelle. I started to believe this was a scam the next day as the seller still hadn’t booked a flight. A friend inquired online about the same puppy and received the exact same message I did with the same photos. I asked the seller to call or video chat so I could see the puppy and they would not. I asked for a refund to which they asked for my Zelle information. Seeing as how I sent them money already I didn’t give them my information because they already had it.
