The money was supposed to be for paying for computers equipment and hardware/programs. So she combined me use PayPal and do it as friends an family. I find out at night the check was decline for 399 and 1850. PayPal refuses to refund me cause of the friend and family for sending. I didn’t know it was non-refundable. I reached out to Ms. Alinta Brown for a refund of my money and now she blocked me.
