I had bought a man’s jacket on October 4, 2025 off the website Zulily for a gift. A month had passed, and still did not receive the item, so I e-mailed the company, because there is no phone number to call. A woman named Maria got back to me, and said that they were sorry, and that there was a delay in shipping. She said in the next two weeks they would be shipped out. Well, those two weeks had went by, and still no item. Just the other night I e-mailed them back, and asked for my money back. A guy named Jeremy again apologized, and sent another e-mail stating that I need to click the link in order to start the return to get a refund. When I opened the e-mail and hit the link it just takes you to the part of the website explaining how the returns and refunds work. I went into the my order through my account on the website, and the start a return button is not highlighted and can’t be clicked. I again e-mailed them asking to speak with a human customer service representative, as they said they would do, if I had an problems. As of today, November 11, 2025 they did not get back to me. I even told them if I don’t get my money back I was going to report them to the BBB. I had been a long term customer of Zulily’s for years. Never once did I have any problems with them. They had went out of business awhile back, and a new company bought them out. People beware of these scammers! I am removing my account and will never by from them again.
