I booked my sister a airfare flight to Atlanta from Phila on 11/7/2025. After booking the flight I recevived several calls from the company stating that they weren't able to honor the flight that I purchased. I understood that but I requested a refund and customer service refused to give me back my money becasue they couldn't honor the ticket. Then the customer service rep. mentioned that if I wanted the ticket that I would have to pay another $126.00 to confirm my sister's seat on the plane. I paid the amount that was adverisited on the website. After 35 minuteds on the phone with the company an supervisor told me not to worry he would fix the problem. He honored the flight coming to Atlanta and than forced my hand to accept the returning flight on 12/2/25 in the afternoon . I explained that my sistr has to return on 12/1/25, but he didn't want to hear me. I am very disappointed at the service received from this company and I will never use this website again in life. SCAMMMERS!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERENCE!!!
