My Medicare Summary Notice, dated September 19, 2025, included charges that were billed to Medicare and my Medigap insurer for "300 intermittent urinary catheters." The supplier, Centennial Med Supply LLC, 1805 S Bellaire St, Ste 480-01, Denver, CO 80222-4305, charged Medicare a total of $2,250.00 on July 23, 2025, of which $1,764.00 was approved and paid by Medicare. The notice indicated that I may be billed an additional $450.00. I have never been recommended, prescribed, or used "intermittent urinary catheters," nor was this item/service ordered by any of my health care providers. Likely fraudulent activity, I immediately called Medicare on November 10, 2025, and filed a comprehensive fraud report, followed by a call to my Medigap insurer to further advise of the fraudulent claim. Medicare and BCBS advised that a fraud investigation would be initiated.
