This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
They go by 2 company names. They have 2 different phone numbers. They use several different personal names. They came to my house for a chimney issue which they could not resolve and then asked to see my dryer vent. Told me it needed to be cleaned out which I was fine with but then proceeded to tell me it needed addition services. I did pay them thinking I was doing the right thing. I ended up calling other chimney companies because I need my chimney/gas fire place looked at and they all said a dryer duct cleaning should not cost more than $100. I read the different costs and services on the invoice and was told that was a scam because a dryer vent simply needs to be blown out. First red flag was the Sunday service, not able to assist with the chimney/gas fire place and then asking to see my dryer vent when that is not what they were called for. Just a shame that there are people out there trying to make a quick buck
