I ordered a $377 dollar office chair from them. It is terrible quality. I called them, they answered their phone with "hello". They would not refund my money and told me they would send a replacement which they did not do and now they won't answer my emails. They told me I didn't need to send the chair back I didn't like and that they'd just send me another. I don't think this is a legit company. The person I spoke to didn't have great English and sounded Asian.
