I was on tick tock one night and a little video came up that they were clearing out shorts for a ridiculously low price and I usually don't fall for these things but I really needed some shorts so I made my selections. Bought eight pairs in total: seven shorts and one pair of jeans. supposed to also get some free bags no details on them I get I did get pictures on the receipt but I never received anything so I don't know if they were micro mini or what anyway waited for a month had never heard of the tracking website but just kept going on and on and on and on and on and I finally got on the PayPal a month ago now and told them what happened and I'm still waiting for their case to resolve supposed to take 5 days and as I said it's been a month for them on top of the month that I waited for the shorts to come from China or wherever. No one is reachable at the website no one is reachable at the tracking company so I'm out my money and I have no product and their websites still up they completely deleted me from their records I've tried to pull up my account by my email my name the order number I get sorry nothing is found every time and as I said I couldn't reach a person or even AI so it's been a nightmare. I was smart enough to use PayPal for this transaction but as I said PayPal is also having issues. no answers anywhere
