I purchased a jacket from Alden York online via there website. I bought an XL. I received a jacket that was marked as XXXL. So I reached out via email and complained that they sent me the wrong size (XXXL) when I ordered (XL) and that I wanted my money back. They said that per their return policy I could only be refunded 60%. While I thought this was unfair and nowhere is it listed on the site this policy, I wanted to recoup some of my money and agreed to these less than fair terms. I shipped the jacket back to them at my own cost (per their policy which is stated on their website, which is fair). They confirmed receipt of the jacket and that I would get refunded in 2-7 business days. That was on Oct. 10th. It's now Nov. 10th. I've received nothing to date. I don't believe I will ever get my money back and that this was a scam, I want to be sure other people do not fall victim to them as I did.
