My friend attempted to business with this woman. A total of $455 was paid via Zelle to this company in September, along with an additional delivery fee. The owner, Holly Romero, repeatedly changed the scheduled delivery dates and times, each time providing a new excuse. After multiple delays, a refund was requested. She then began offering shifting explanations for why she could not return the money. She initially stated the refund would be issued by the end of the week, then changed it to Monday, and later pushed it out again to the end of the following week. As of now, no refund has been received.
