I was quoted a low price range on the phone, but when the locksmith arrived, they charged $1,127.06 — 3–5× the normal market rate for the same service (typically $250–$300). After I challenged the pricing and threatened to dispute, they later issued a partial refund of $307. The remaining ~$820 is currently under formal dispute with ***** Bank.
