Scam information

This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

I looked at the shoes first on Facebook ad, but then went to the website that appeared legitimate. I assumed that Clarks had merged with Bloomfield and the shoes looked very similar to Clarks, which are great quality. The shoes were not totally inexpensive and appeared as a 50 anniversary and Black Friday sale. They arrived in a bag and are terrible quality, not at all as the website advertised. I want to return for a full refund and shut them down so that others do not experience this. Their return policy is not transparent and does not seem fair at all. This was a lesson learned for me and my first experience falling for a retail scam.
