I attempted to buy a discount airline ticket and after paying for the ticket, a representative called me and said that there was no seat available for the flight out and that I would have to either change my itinerary, which was not possible since I was working or drive 150 miles away to a different airport or pay double the price of the ticket which was the standard price of the airline ticket anyway. And they said my ticket was nonrefundable because the airlines had already charged for it. So basically this company is a shill for the airlines to lure customers in and then be able to charge them double the price of the ticket. The airline that I was going to fly on was United Airlines so I don’t know if they’re part of the scam or not, but it seems as if they could be because they were the ones taking the money.
