The first issue was this summer. I ordered a bathing suit . after a month it arrived and the size was so ridiculously wrong I asked to send it back for a refund. They originally charged my paypal 10.00 more than what the invoice was which I contacted them about and after many emails they credited me the money All they offered me was 9.00 as a refund on a 40.00 charge. I must have sent them a dozen emails . I got nowhere.. this time I ordered 2 small lights to stick on the walls. I did not realize until it was too late that it was the same company! Once again they charged me 8.00 more than the invoice. again after several emails they refunded me the 8.00 overcharge. After a month I got the lights which were missing the small metal plate to attach the magnets to which made the 2 lights useless. Plus they were allegedly motion lights which they weren't. The lights are useless. I emailed them the issue and was offered $2 for the problem I explained I just wanted the 2 metal plates. The answer this time was $4 . I know its not much money Ive lost it is just the idea that they can totally dupe the consumer.
