On 8/31 I ordered the Tina Classic Cozy Coat on the Ella & James website (https://ellajamesboutique.com/products/tina%E2%84%A2-cozy-coat?_pos=1&_sid=e9af7584e&_ss=r&variant=50946030403912)- looks to be a green wool coat. I received the coat pictured- an inferior, felt product with a complete different color and lining. I attempted to return the coat- a 30 day money back guarantee with a full refund is advertised. Initially they offered me 30% back as they said shipping back to China was too expensive. As I persisted and insisted to return, they refused to give me an address to return to and offered me progressively a higher percentage back (higher after I filed a dispute with my credit card). I won the dispute with Amex but want to alert you to a larger scam. They ahve responded to me from the business names Ella & James and Hall & Carter, and I ahve seent hat coat advertised under many other business names (Couture-Emporium, Harper Bennett, Closora to name a few). I believe they make money from sending inferior products and refusing full refunds- I'm sure most people give up and don't jump through all the hoops I have. I am hoping you can stop them and will be wary of purchasing from an unknown vendor in the future.
