Description
Purchased three vibrating foot wraps,(Received 3, TWO DO NOT CHARGE UP and WON'T OPERATE). Two other items never received. Tried to return the three items I received (they refused to take back. ALSO found a recurring charge on my credit card for $19.99 called a REWARDS PROGRAM. I CALLED AND GOT THIS RECURRING CHARGE STOPPED, BUT THEY STILL HAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS.
