I found an ad on tiktok displaying how the company had a sale going on where they were selling cardigans and sweaters for $8 or $9 each. I bought a few. My first red flag was that the tracking number I received said the package was coming from China even though the website said they were based in New Jersey. I ordered it around a month ago and it was going through transit extremely slow. When I emailed the company they were barely any help, they just kept saying to check the tracking website. Today, (November 8, 2025) it said it was delivered but I haven’t received anything. I looked in both my mailbox and at my front door.
