Description
The initial start was through a Facebook ad promoting a physical product of a book that had information on photography tips and tricks for easy use out on the field. Clicked the link to their Shop.app website and they had a promo for a free book with add ons. I added some add ons and paid for that as well as the $11.00 (that's figured in the total amount stolen) that I thought was shipping. After weeks of waiting with no order updates, I reach out to the seller and they said all products are digital and delivered immediately through email. Their website showed physical products and what I got was a digital copy. I asked for a refund and they refused as their return policy on digital content. Their site promotes a "90-day money back guarantee" but I've been going back and forth in emails with the seller trying to get my money back. It's gotten to the point where they are now offering a percentage of what I paid back. I called them out saying they probably don't even own the digital content they're selling and they ignored that statement and continued haggling over the refund amount. I'll attach a PDF of the email thread with their support.
