Got a voicemail from "Nancy" at Pinnacle Resolution group. the date stated was 11/7/25. Said the call was regarding the "Account linked to" (My phone number). Said this may be their only time to reach out, and basically to call them back before "This matter became a larger issue." The lady gave a number to call. Mentioned "Waiving penalties", and "Bringing extensions current", and "New balance reduction programs" Said they were following up on a previously sent out "Notice". No idea who these people are. I have not, and am not planning to return the call. Gave a second number if I wanted to "Stop further outreach". I Looked up the 424 area code in the number, and it's an "Overlay" for the 310 area code, serving the western and southwestern parts of Los Angeles county, California.
