I listed my RV Trailer on well known selling site RVTrader.com . A “Buyer” contacted me, but only responded asking for my personal Phone Number, rather than legitimately responding via the website messaging system. They then stated they were looking for a “friend” who already successfully bought an RV through another site “www.trailerviewer.com” and said they and other friends had sold their trailers within 24 hours, and strongly recommended I use That site instead of RVTrader, because other people they knew never got offers from RVTrader. However, the website “TrailerViewer” doesn’t even have a fully functional search option, and very limited menu options. Another bbb complaint of this site states the “contact” email is “hello” at that domain. That also is a BIG Red Flag. and the site Heavily suggests using their “Premium” advertising package in their “How to sell your RV” section. this seems not a legitimate professional site, but a bait scam site, with a fake advertising package to sell on their site. If you try to Google results, you don’t receive any information or reviews. It looks like a very hastily crafted site, that the scammers target people by contacting them on legitimate sites like RVTrader, and try to get them to go to their site and PAY to advertise their RV on the Scam Website “TrailerViewer.com”. They phish for your personal information, like your phone number, from the legitimate site, then redirect you to go to the scam site.
