Description
I ordered sofa covers from a business under the name Couch Skins. I have been trying to return the items I received for a full refund. Numerous emails have been sent over 5 days, along with submissions on their website, requesting instruction on where to send the package . Four days later, they contacted me via email, giving me a runaround: requesting pictures , which I did, a number of times; waiting for approvals; escalating my request to management and giving me an option to receive a 50% refund and keep the items I am trying to return. There is no phone number given on their website. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I am hoping they can reverse the charge and credit my account.
