I received a package delivered by UPS that I did not order. The package has the return label with the following information: JERRY (001) - YASFBARA 9208 Charles Smith Ave Rancho Cucamonga, CA 97130 The package was shipped to our address and has my name and full address on the label. This is a scam. I did not order any package or merchandise from a "Jerry Yasfbara".
