In November of 2024 I was ordering Ketozense gummies from Ketozense. Keto + ACV. I inadvertently hit send and placed the order. I soon realized in minutes it was a scam and a subscription. I called my bank within minutes and cancelled the payment on my debit card. The gummies were delivered anyway but there was not a complete return address to send them to. In September of 2025 I started getting calls from KETOZENSE BILLING DEPARTMENT. They were relentless with calls and threats. I reluctantly paid them $149.00 to cancel the subscription. I was told my subscription was cancelled . When looking at my bank statement the payment went to TRIMTIDEXPERT. I was told I would receive an email showing the payment a cancellation confirmation number. No email no confirmation number for the cancellation. One month later the calls started again saying I only paid for half of started again. when I tried to explain that it was paid and never received a confirmation number. They again were very threatening demanding and relentless. I was coerced into paying another $198.97 this time the payments went to WILD SPIRIT (98.99) and to HAPPY TAILS (99.98). The phone number on the bottle 866-448-6432 is answered by a medical device company . HAPPY TAILS AND WILD SPIRIT HAVE THE SAME NUMBER 877-317-3720. It goes direct to an answering machine no matter what time you call during there stated business hours on the machine.
