This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I didn't get scammed but I dont think this is a legitimate service. I also get emails all the time from this. This was the first time I got a voicemail from it.
