This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Found them on tik tok and comment wete turned off which thought was strange but decided to order anyways. They shipped out and said package was 20 pounds which seemed like alot. It was shipped via UPS and delivered 20 minutes from my house to a wrong address but no picture and said was handed to person. Tried to contact company via email since its only way to contact and got no response after 3 attempts. Contacted UPS to file a claim which was approved and also disputed thru credit card to get my money back.
