On September 30, 2025 I ordered 2 jackets from this company and according to shipping logistics this was delivered to my address, which was not true I never received these items and when I reached out to them I was told that they were going to track the package to see where they were delivered and that would take about 5 business days and they would get back to me. After the five days I tried contacting them via email and the email provided cam back undeliverable. As today, I still have not heard from them nor have I been able to reach this company.
