This is the transcript from the voicemail I received: Good morning, this message is for first name last name. This is Vanessa Eagle calling with Eagle and Sons location specialists. I'm actually contacting you today regarding uh some legal documents that I'm supposed to be coming out to serve you as well as they've got me going out to (job name). Any questions or concerns prior to me coming out because when I get out there, I do require photo ID and a signature, you need to address to the filing party. Get a hold of them at 866-448-3807. What I do need you to understand is if you are not available with photo ID when I get out there, I'm sending your stuff back as a direct refusal to accept, so I'll see you soon.
