I received and email from the Geek Squad Professional stating that my 2 year subscription is set to renew today and will be debited from my acct, it states the debit will appear in my acct in 6 hours. If it is unauthorized i need to call the ph# and cancel. I called the rep and he was telling me to go to a website www.utraview.net and start a download so they could cancel the subscription, I asked why I had to do that how they got my info and I wanted to talk to the finance dept. I also asked how they have my bank info and he said it's in the computer, I asked for more info and he said he can't give it to me over the phone and that I couldn't speak with the finance department until this was cancelled.
