Description
In 2023 we experienced issues with domains and sought out help, through the support email portal. We would get band aid solutions including signing us up for services we did not need, duplicated subscriptions and would not help us cancel them. We have spent thousands of dollars on subscriptions their support advised we get to resolve our issue. Only to end up paying for multiple of the exact same subscription for years. We are still battling for a refund, a credit, or acknowledgement of wrong doing. Even after involving their senior leadership, we STILL do not have a resolution.
