This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

For now, the amount paid for the falsely advertised product is $79,95 which upon review it is not as advertised. The item received does not match the advertised product: Color: the listing showed a neutral beige, but the item received is yellow / canary, which is not wearable for me. Cut & seams: the photos clearly show a batwing/cocoon drop-shoulder design, whereas the item received has a standard set-in sleeve seam. The fit and construction are different from what was advertised. This is a case of item not as described / misleading product representation. When I sent this message to them they first offer 20% discount, then Thank you for explaining the color and fit concerns in detail — I understand why this wouldn’t work for you. As a goodwill option, we can offer a 30% partial refund, and you may keep the sweater (no return needed). I finally reviewed their site closely. Under their operating business policy, all items are sold as final sale but it is not reflected in the receipt of the sale nor on their web site. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ADJUSTMENTS MUST BE SENT TO OUR EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS, OTHERWISE YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AND SENT.
