Description

Chronology of Events: Initial Booking and Failure to Deliver (October 28, 2025): On October 28, 2025, I successfully booked a flight through Lowestflightfares.com for travel on November 6, 2025. Booking Reference: ******** | Ticket PNR: ****** I immediately received a payment confirmation. However, this email explicitly stated: “Note: This is not the e-ticket and hence, not valid for traveling. We will send you the e-tickets shortly.” No valid e-ticket was ever provided for this initial booking. Repeated Attempts to Inquire and Company's False Narrative: Following the booking, I made multiple attempts to contact their 24-hour customer service via phone to obtain my e-ticket. All attempts were unsuccessful. I also sent a follow-up email requesting confirmation, to which I received a generic response promising e-tickets "within a few minutes," which never arrived. The following day, I received an email from Lowestflightfares.com falsely claiming my payment was "pending" and that they had been "trying to reach out to me without success." This is a demonstrably false statement, as the communication failure was on their end. Fraudulent Cancellation and Coercion into a Second Payment (November 4, 2025): On November 4, 2025, after further failed phone attempts, I finally reached a customer service agent. The agent falsely informed me that my original reservation ********** had been cancelled due to my lack of response. This was a fabrication designed to nullify their obligation from the first transaction. The agent then pressured me into booking a new flight, presenting a new itinerary and price. Under the false pretense that my original booking was void, I reluctantly agreed and made a second payment for this new booking. The agent guaranteed I would receive a full flight confirmation and ticket number within four hours. Failure to Deliver on Second Booking and Subsequent Fraud: After six hours had passed with no confirmation, I attempted to call the agent back without success. I contacted my bank to dispute the second transaction and was advised to first request cancellation directly from the merchant. Abusive Conduct and Admission of Bad Faith (November 5, 2025): On November 5, 2025, I called the agent and formally requested to cancel the second booking and receive a full refund, citing the company's complete failure to deliver on its promises and a total loss of confidence. In response, the agent became verbally abusive, raising his voice and using insults. Critically, the agent explicitly stated, “Do what you want, you will never get the money back.” This statement constitutes a clear admission of their fraudulent intent and refusal to honor their contractual and legal obligation
