Description

The scammer had a fake listing on uber eats. I the driver notified me that the restaurant never received the order. I called the restaurant and the lady who picked up the phone said they dont work with uber eats. and that the owner had talked about it but never told them they started it. I gave them my name and phone number and never was called back. I tried calling again about 30minutes later because the drivers for uber were getting their time taken up and not paid. I tried to work with uber to get the order cancelled but unless the restaurant cancelled it i was to be charged for cancelling the order since it went through on uber's end.
