Description

I ordered clothing through an online company called Cove. They are using a company called Veho to deliver the packages. I have had numerous problems with this company not delivering packages when I had a Factor meal delivery subscription. Today, after days of back and forth, they finally told me they will no longer be delivering to me. I went to their warehouse today to talk to someone, and their employee mentioned they have a pile of do not deliver packages. Mind you these are packages they have been paid to deliver, they have taken them all the way to their final destinations warehouse, and then they are using UPS to send them back to the company that paid to have Veho ship the package to the customer. This has to be illegal. They have been holding my package in the same warehouse since 11/01 because the employee said they only return stuff from the do not deliver list once a week. How is it legal for a delivery company to have a do not deliver list? How can they have that and even accept the package in the first place? The second someone tries to have them deliver something to someone on the list, it should be kicked back, instead of them picking up the package and holding it in limbo for over a week. I say over a week because they started shipping it on 10/28. They moved it through 2 of their warehouse facilities before it reached a third where it has sat for 6 days waiting to be returned. If you read the reviews for this company, thousands of people appear to be on the do not deliver list. They aren't a delivery company, they are a package holding company. If they aren't going to do the job they advertise, they shouldn't be allowed to operate. They do not have a phone number, they do not have an email address. If you go to their website or app and go to support, it will tell you to text them at 68953. After a long time, the customer text support responds with a boiler plate answer, that doesn't actually provide you any information. If you text their support enough, they say they will have their senior coordinator contact you by email. They email you from an email address that you cannot respond to, with another boiler plate response with 0 info. If you leave a bad review on google, they say you can contact them at [email protected]. That also just gives you a boiler plate answer with no info and probably gets you added to the do not deliver list. This company is an absolute joke. I really think they just can afford to deliver all the packages, so they say you've been placed on the do not deliver list. I went by the warehouse at 2pm on a Wednesday and there was 1 employee working the warehouse and 1 manager. The employee wanted to help me by trying to see if they could find my package, but the manager shut it down and informed me of their extensive do not deliver list. It has to be a scam so they can collect money somehow. It has to be illegal for them to hold peoples packages. They wouldn't even let me look for it. I came to retrieve my package myself, and they said no, they have a whole stack of do not delivery stuff that will be sent out tomorrow. They should not be allowed to operate like that.
