Description

These calls keep calling on my 9 year olds phone leaving a voicemail to call 934-947-9605 for the loan department even though I set up spam filters and have blocked about 20 other numbers they use. They call multiple times a day and spectrum mobiles spam guard is not filtering it. Its very annoying to the point he doesn't want to keep the phone on him now and the Do not call registry is down due to government shut down.
