I had a doctor referral for a at home sleep study for sleep apnea. Blackstone called me and requested money for the test and they would send me the "ring". I got all this legal paperwork to sign and a warning that if I didn't complete the study in two days I would be responsible to pay 1500.00 for the devise. The devise was to be charged when it arrived and it was not. It took 12 hours to charge it at my home. I had to pair it with their downloaded software which wasn't too difficult. I sent back the devise as requested and all the forms signed. But then nothing happened for weeks and getting on the phone was a wait that never got to the end. Finally after a month, they called me and said they sent the results to my doc and if I wanted to know it, I had to pay 80.00 more. I did, and they said they would send it in a email to me. I never found an email thru my inbox, inbox other, or junk mail folder. My doctor did not receive any results. This is a big deal, I am on medicare, I don't have money to burn and I still don't know if I have sleep apnea. I may report this to medicare fraud as well.
