I ordered some shoes from this company called Charles and Nancy, NY. The shoes were shipped poorly wrapped and the toes came damaged upon arrival. Then when I tried to return the shoes, it was going to cost $174 to return them. I paid $**. This company is a scam. Their goods are sub-standard, their shipping terrible and then you really can't return them in 30 days like they promised without paying over double what you paid for the time.
