Saw an Instagram ad for an illuminating drawing board, so I bought it and a set of pens. Shipping policy states the order processes in 1-3 days, and shipments to US will take up to 12 days to be delivered. After 1 month, I randomly received an email saying my package was delivered, which it definitely was not. I sent it to my work, just to be safe, and there were no packages delivered at all. I reached out, requesting a refund for a bogus "delivery" and received no response.
